All About Payments

METHOD of PAYMENT

               
                 
      

  • CASH   

       1.  Time of Service -  Pay the day of service. 
              (a)  Payme
nts can be made in person  or
              (b)  Left in a pre-arranged location.
                                 (preferably inside the fenced yard)
     
        (c)  We do not
 recommend sending cash thru the US Post Office.
 

  • VENMO           

              (a)  Set up accounts prior to service.

  • CASHIER CHEQUE    

              (a)  In person or  left in a pre-arranged location.
              (b)  Mailed through the US Post Office.

  • ​PERSONAL CHECKS

          (a)  Sorry, we do not accept personal checks unless prior authorized.

  • CREDIT CARDS

          (a)  We prefer to no longer deal with Credit Cards since vendors have

                    again raised the rates for using and processing them.

              (b)  We can take Credit Cards if absolutely necessary thru VENMO.  

                   

Payments are due prior to service

    Exception:   Super Scoops.  Payment is due prior to start of service; however,
   if the service takes longer than expected, then you may owe a small balance. 
   This will be detailed in the Estimate.

CREDITS & Snow days

 [note - this is the "fine print" part of the information.  AND, it is actually big see and read]

 UNABLE TO SCOOP

  •  WEATHER  (such as deep snow/ice).

             (a)  You can receive a total of up to 3 credits (3 weeks).

             (b)  After 3 weeks, we will cancel/suspend service and payments 

                     until the weather stabilizes again.   

             (c)  If there is an extended period of time (over 3 weeks), it may be

                    necessary to do a  Super Scoop before resuming normal weekly

                    maintenance services due to the amount of poop build-up.

  •  OUR Fault - Sickness, family emergencies, etc.       "Poop Happens"

              (a)  You will receive credit for the missed day.

              (b)  We will try to make up the missed day on another day during the

                      same calendar week.

              (c)  If we cannot make up the day (during same calendar week), then

                      you will receive a credit for the missed day.

                       And because we value our customers, we will also give you a

                      FREE scoop day in addition to the credit day.

   

  • YOUR Fault - We SHOW UP and cannot Scoop.

            (a)  24-HOUR PRIOR NOTICE MUST be given to cancel a scoop day. 

                    ~  If notice is not given or it is inside the 24-hour window, you will                                 be charged for that day.

            (b)  Other issues where you will be charged for a Non-Scoop Visit:

                    Locked Gate, Aggressive dog(s) not put inside prior to our arrival,                          Payments not received, etc.  

                     

          NOTE - We will make several attempts to contact you prior to leaving to                                resolve the issue "in a timely manner".
